Services
Smart Legacy Logistics LLC provides truck dispatching services to carriers. We are not a motor carrier or freight broker. The specific scope of services is defined in a separate written dispatch agreement.
Carrier responsibilities
- Maintaining valid operating authority, insurance and licensing.
- Safe operation, regulatory compliance and load securement.
- Accepting or declining each load presented.
Fees
Choose the percentage plan at 5%–7% per booked load or the flat weekly plan at $199 per truck per week. Your written agreement confirms the calculation basis, payment timing and selected plan. There are no upfront signup fees or hidden fees.
Cancellation & load approval
No long-term contract lock-in or cancellation penalties apply. Fees already incurred remain payable under your agreement. Every load requires your approval before booking; there is no forced dispatch.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee freight availability, income, rates or specific results. Market conditions vary.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
